Designed for the fit and flexible user, the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System provides a safe and convenient method of full inversion.

The Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System includes an Inversion Rack with SL Spyder Gravity Boots. The dual bar system is designed for easier mounting and dismounting, and allows you to hang free from the door frame for maximum range of motion.

The EZ-Up Inversion System offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). In fact, full range inverted sit-ups are ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal load on the back.

The EZ-Up Inversion Rack installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door. (Note: The Rack must be installed in a solid wood door frame, constructed according to national building code standards). The Rack takes up no floor space, which is ideal for cramped living quarters.

	Inversion therapy products We deliver free of charge to the UK mainland (England, Scotland, Wales) from Monday to Friday. Allow 2 business days for delivery. We can deliver most items on a Saturday (before 1.00pm) for which there is a £50 charge. There is a charge to Northern Ireland and the Islands (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, Orkney, etc.) depending on the value of the product. In general, this is likely to be between £30 and £100. Please contact us for a quote. For security reasons, we can only deliver orders paid by credit card to the cardholder address.

Easy to Use
Easy-reach handles assist you when moving into and out of the inverted position. The double-bar system places you out and above the door frame for extra height and full range of movement. You do not have to bend completely in half to mount and dismount the rack.

Ergonomic

Removable
Brackets are mounted with screws in the door frame. Locking pieces snap over the rack to keep it in place, but can be unlocked to remove the rack from the door frame. In place, the Rack will not interfere with the door's operation.

Rack adjusts to fit most solid wood doorways constructed to national building code standards (28"-32.7"). Extension kit available for doorways up to 36".
